Project Management:Manage client and business relationships by strategically developing, implementing, and managing new and existing business opportunities within the company. I have collaborated with developers, business analysts, and user representatives in application design and document reviews. Adept at using both manual and automated testing tools to troubleshoot systems, integration, user acceptance, and functionality. Familiar with use cases, user interface and user requirement specification documents.Vendor Management:While proxy coordinator, I was responsible for managing relationships with proxy service vendors and print vendors, as well as served as the organization\'s point of contact. I have researched, analyzed, and evaluated vendors and recommended new vendor services.
