I am a kinesiology student at the University of Toronto under the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education. I am passionate about exploring the science of human movement and its impact on health and wellness, as my goal is to help those in need. In addition to my studies, I work as a lifeguard and swim instructor for the City of Toronto, where I develop strong leadership and teaching skills, while fostering a safe and encouraging environment. My goal is to pursue a career in health and wellness, combining my academic background and practical experience to make a meaningful difference in people\'s lives by promoting healthier lifestyles and empowering others to achieve their personal best.
