About Michelle Findley
I have over 20 years of experience working in materials management, purchasing and operations. I just started a new position as Production Planner for Falcon Manufacturing but previous to that I was HTD\'s Production Planning and Scheduling Manager performing a multitude of tasks in order to made sure that our customers orders were taken care of efficiently from the beginning of the order entry process all the way through the shipping process. Taking care of the customer is my primary goal and in order to do this I need to get as involved as I can with other departments. Whatever it takes is one of my motto\'s.Previously, I was the Purchasing Administrator at Leoni Wiring, where I consolidated and analyzed data from 3 ERP systems in order to provide the most up to date purchasing info to enable to Global Commodity Buyers to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts with suppliers. In 2015, I decided it was time to go back to college. I decided to go my a dual Bachelor Degree\'s with one in Marketing and the other in Business Management. Using an accelerated class schedule, I was able to graduate 2 years later Magna Cum Laude. This was a huge accomplishment for me as I did this while working a 40+ hour job and raising two young kids. It was such a fantastic treat walking down the aisle on graduation day and seeing my biggest fans in the bleachers of the gymnasium.With all that being said, in my other spare time I love to play volleyball, go boating, hiking and camping with my family. We bought a Yamaha jet boat last Spring and have learned the meaning of truly relaxing and having fun. My kids are almost 9 (8 3/4 as he says) and 7 and they definitely keep me young and on my toes. We plan to purchase a camper sometime in 2019 so we can extend our camping season. We also added a new member of our family named Ellie. She is a 4 month old Miniature Australian Shepherd that we plan on joining us for every adventure that we take on, including swimming and being an air dog.
