I\'m Michelle, a program builder, project manager and people-first leader with 10+ years of experience designing and running high-impact programs for companies across Canada. I\'m the architect behind Fierce Founders and the women in tech initiative at Communitech, programs that have helped founders build companies that have gone on to collectively raise nearly $500M.I have extensive experience managing complex initiatives from the ground up, building strategy, and project managing cross-functional programs across multiple teams and stakeholders. I specialize in turning ambitious ideas into well-run programs that people remember long after they end.
