Lead a service organization of account management, solution delivery, and operations professionals that support upwards of 8 million lives across the broad spectrum of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Health Insurance Marketplace products. Responsible for all aspects of service delivery for assigned Argus customers. In that capacity, advocate for customer business needs, oversee the business processes supporting products and services, and monitor products and services to ensure compliance and agreed upon performance outcomes. In the 20 years with the organization I have had the honor of architecting advanced technology, operations and sales improvements. My current role has me at the forefront of driving business transformation as it relates to ensuring prospect and customer expectations are met for the quality of healthcare network services. Two of my greatest honors include being nominated for the National Council of Prescription Drug Program Rising Star Award for work in managing a government task group providing guidance regarding the ACA, and the other was being a speaker and panel moderator at the NCPDP in a discussion about the ACA.
