ABOUT MICHELLE EDMONDSON
I am a strategic leader and can draw on a wide variety of skills, knowledge and experiences. I work best in a fast paced environment, with variety and many challenges! I am just finished a secondment with BEIS/DESNZ and now work in the Office of the CEO, focusing on strategic improvements. Prior to this I have worked in the Strategic Sourcing Development Team within our Supply Chain Directorate, driving major procurements after spending time before that with our new Programme and Project Partners, providing oversight and assurance to the supply chain arm. I led the Infrastructure Strategic Alliance Supply Chain team for three years - developing and driving the supply chain strategy for the programme of works to ensure the right supply chain were engaged to enable delivery.Currently expanding my skill set by studying a MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, focusing on speaking up culture, I have a passion to promote wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace. I enjoy networking and connecting people, coaching, and being in supportive yet challenging environments.
