About Michelle Durner

People have often called me a triple threat—but in a good way! Based on strengths in practice management, revenue cycle management and accounting/finance administration, I seek to find the story behind the numbers. What are the trends? What are potential areas for improvement? What strategies and workflows will take us where we want to go?My career is focused around helping clients run their businesses in a cost effective and efficient way. Over the years, I’ve partnered with physician practices, medical groups, health systems and payors, working out strategies and processes to maximize cash flow, reduce administrative staff overhead and meet industry compliance standards. My goal is to enhance financial and operational performance by providing clients and colleagues with information, education and meaningful analysis of data. Numbers don’t lie. Understanding how to track and interpret them is my superpower. Tracking and analyzing metrics and goals related to finance, revenue cycle, implementation, productivity, clinical performance, and customer experience. Interpreting the data to help client companies achieve competitive advantage.Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with senior leadership, both internally and externally to address key operational issues and drive strategic growth initiatives. I’ve led business development efforts in new and existing and markets to grow a client base with large medical groups, health systems and payors. The value I bring—as a triple threat, of course—is developing strong relationships to deliver measurable, positive outcomes.Specialties: Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Optometry, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, Family Practice, General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Geriatrics, Plastic Surgery, Behavioral Health, Hospital based physicians, Hospital outpatient, Clinics.
