Having grown up in the Central Okanagan I have seen first-hand the changes to our region. My personal work philosophy is based on continuous learning, team collaboration, communication, strong work ethic and cultivating a positive work culture. This philosphy has been even more solidified through my ongoing involvement in Central Okanagan committees and initiatives, continuing education, and work and volunteer opportunities.
