My practice focuses on all aspects of workplace culture, including sensitive internal investigations, compliance advising, and multi-dimensional crisis management. I have extensive experience conducting workplace culture reviews; investigating allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation; litigating sensitive matters through evidentiary hearings and/or trial; and advising companies on how to create and implement effective compliance programs. I counsel companies on the evolving legal and regulatory landscape of controlled substances (e.g, cannabis and psychedelics). And I dedicate significant time to my pro bono practice, which focuses on reproductive rights.
