ABOUT MICHELLE DEW
As a program leader, I have a nuanced approach to strategic program design, implementation, grant-making/fundraising, and social impact. My dedication to BIPOC community is felt in the 10+ years in individualized leadership development for first generation learners, justice involved community members, and TAY (transition age youth) with serious mental illness. I’ve built departments and programs from scratch, leaning into curiosity to create innovative solutions for organizations. I’ve led teams ranging from 2 to 40 direct reports, ensuring team members feel heard, invested in, and secure in their work. Additionally, I have multiple accredited coaching certifications in cultural competency, relationship development, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed care. I have a ‘coach first’ leadership and management style, grounded in her growing coaching practice. “My coaching ethos is grounded in community, curiosity, empathy and compassionate accountability. I believe in the power of people, and I work to ensure folks can see the magic in themselves without judgement.” Welcome, thanks for being here.
