Dedicated event leader with a proven track record of success in orchestrating memorable experiences. Leading a dynamic events team, we plan and execute over 200 events and meetings annually, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. Additionally, I am responsible for evaluating sponsorship opportunities for community initiatives and industry events. With 21 years of expertise within the construction industry, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and creative flair to every project.In my role, I manage event budgets spanning from $1K to $2M, ensuring optimal resource allocation while delivering exceptional experiences for 10 to attendees. From concept to execution, I thrive in high-pressure environments, consistently exceeding expectations and driving measurable results.My background extends beyond event management, encompassing a rich history in philanthropy, education, accounting and communications. I am adept at crafting compelling narratives and fostering meaningful connections.As a brand ambassador, I have overseen promotional product initiatives totaling over $1M annually, leveraging my expertise to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. Currently serving as the Secretary on the board of the Moss Foundation, a Florida-based 501c3 non-profit organization managing over $3M in gifts, I am passionate about making a positive impact and driving meaningful change. Currently, I am a member of MPI. Previously, I held leadership positions with esteemed organizations such as the Society for Professional Marketing Services (SMPS) in the A/E/C industry and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Greater Fort Lauderdale Chapter, where I served as Treasurer.
