With start-ups, we assist with incorporation and formation, employment matters, and navigation through the myriad of legal issues that newly formed companies face. For charter schools, we provide guidance through the charter process, assist with board governance and personnel matters and provide day-to-day advice. As outside general counsel, we handle all of a company’s litigation and transactional matters and manage legal needs to reduce the likelihood of the occurrence of litigious disputes.
