I honed my Sales, Leadership and strategic planning skills at Abbott Laboratories in Neuroscience and Renal care and in my leadership role at Metagenics. Partnering with accounts ranging from small private practices to large academic institutions. My Masters in Clinical Psychology and my research work at the Massachusetts Institute of Behavioral Medicine inform the clinical aspects of my work. My Corporate Compliance experience ranges from; assessment, development, and execution of core systems to mange policies, regulations, standards, and licensing. Systems required to engage with all key departments to grow a culture of compliance and quality with innovative approaches to an ever changing regulatory environment. Strategic planning of development, training, testing and deployment of tools to support compliance and quality improvement. I work at the intersection of science and marketing. Communicating equally well with R&D, Sales, Clinicians and the public to bring the message of better health and wellness thru innovative products and lifestyle strategies. I coach clinicians on business development and leadership skills so they can have a sustainable thriving practice.
