ABOUT MICHELLE COSTA
Michelle Costa is a regional president with direct responsibility for a portfolio of markets in North America. She works with the individual market leaders to create and implement strategies that affect all facets of the business, including sales, marketing, real estate, government affairs, public affairs and operations. In addition, she actively manages the company’s legislative agenda in Texas working with a team of lobbyists at the state capitol.Prior to her regional responsibility, Michelle served as the branch president for the Houston Division from 1996 to 2010. During her tenure as branch president, she had total oversight of the business unit and was actively involved in acquisitions. Michelle handled complex negotiations with elected and appointed officials that resolved major property rights issues. She began her career with the company as an account executive in 1988.Michelle currently serves as the national director for the Outdoor Advertising Association of Texas and as vice-chair of the Foundation for Out-of-Home Advertising Research and Education (FOARE), and as a board member of the Greater Houston Partnership. She is a 2023 inductee to the Hall of Fame and a 2019 winner of the Houston Business Journal\'s Women Who Mean Business award.
