I am a commercial dispute resolution specialist ranked within the Legal 500 as Next Generation Partner(2024, 2025, 2026) and I lead CG’s Commercial Litigation team. I have 15 years + experience in acting for a broad range of national and international clients. My focus is on the client - it’s their time, resource and reputation. I advise on risk versus reward and efficient resolutions from an early stage of the dispute and will help navigate through the process to a successful settlement or trial. I am conscious that as well as expert legal advice, most matters need to be considered in the round, taking into account reputation management, cost and time. My experience is vast, and have acted in reported High Court and Court of Appeal cases. I act for various business sectors and have particular expertise in advising Corporates and Owner Managed Businesses with a particular focus on the enforceability of post restrictive covenants, all manner of corporate claims including warranty claims,franchise agreements and intellectual property and defamation. I have experienced work from the client side whilst undertaking a client secondment at Santander UK PLC providing support to the legal team in its litigation strategy.
