With over 18 years of information technology and project management experience, Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, a Master\'s Certificate in Project Management, and is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the Microsoft Certified Professional credential for Enterprise Project Management with Project Server 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016. Additional certifications include the MCITP: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007/2010/2013/2016; MCTS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007/2010/2013/2016, and MCTS: Managing Projects and Programs with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007/2010/2013/2016.
