ABOUT MICHELLE WRIGHT CASSIDY
I have been a nurse for over 20 years and a PhD prepared scientist for over a decade. My research has focused on how social and environmental factors influence health outcomes. I’ve also examined the microbiome and (epi)genetic differences to identify potential biomarkers and mechanistic explanations for how these exposures contribute to health or disease. I’m particularly passionate about women’s health and conducting research that can have an impact on improving health and the provision of care.
