In year 1 (FY24), under my leadership, the team, in collaboration with the JFF\'s business units closed $35M in government business opportunities, submitted more than $115M in proposals (for both FY24 and FY25), and built a pipeline to over $300M. Our overall win rate-70%! We established more than a dozen new processes/policies and designed a government proposal development toolkit to support our business development operations and growth. JFF is going into the next fiscal year solidly positioned for more growth and I am energized to see JFF\'s expertise expand to support communities, organizations, and government in transforming systems and removing barriers to quality jobs for $75M Americans by 2030.
