I lead the design process from concept to execution, creating innovative, performance-driven products that meet the unique needs of athletes across all levels of play- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to design team uniforms and sport-specific retail assortments that are both functional and visually compelling- Conduct athlete focus groups, surveys, and attend grass-root sporting events to gather insights and ensure designs are informed by real-world performance needs- Partner with materials developers and the innovation team to create new fabrics and technologies that enhance athlete performance and support brand storytelling- Participate in fit sessions, wear tests, and dynamic fit evaluations to refine product in real time with athletes- Develop presentation decks, technical design packets, BOMs, and collaborate with Graphic Designers to bring full assortments to life- Present seasonal designs to internal leadership, external licensed partners, and key retail and partnership accounts
