About Michelle Hua

I love building systems that prioritize operational effectiveness and efficiency. I also love strategic planning. Currently I am the Executive Director of the AR Alliance. In this capacity, I am responsible for strategic direction, membership growth and relations, infrastructure building, operational effectiveness and efficiency, conference planning, staff management, and organizing and advising the alliance’s technical committees and working groups. I work closely with the AR Alliance Board of Directors to carry out the organization’s mission and objectives. Prior to joining the AR Alliance, I founded two startups in the AR/VR industry. I have 20 years of experience as a lawyer and entrepreneur, and have also served as a business operations and legal advisor to numerous emerging and global tech companies.

   Jul 2025 — Present

   Eyecuracy is a global leader in high-accuracy AI-powered eye-tracking. Eyecuracy is currently working on pilot studies and the development of a first-of-its-kind in-office and at-home digital health platform. Our goal is to transform the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of various eye movement and alignment disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson\'s.
