   Lead a group of designers on building and maintaining a comprehensive 9-month long training program for high-performing employees to enhance skills and create opportunities for mentorship and advancement• Serve as lead designer on 4 additional training programs, leading 1 to 2 designers on each program• Create web-based, ILT, and VILT solutions for Human Resources, Leadership & Development, Commercial Banking, Credit, and Strategy, Digital, and Innovation employees using Xyleme, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Articulate 360• In first two years: created 11 web-based courses, 3 ILT courses, 3 VILT courses, 3 interactive participant guides, 5 original print materials, 3 checklists, 5 learning recommendations, 8 PowerPoint decks, and created or maintained 2 curricula• Updated 6 courses as well as completing one break fix within 24 hours of discovering broken links• Completed maintenance and update cycle to add international information to web-based course in order to onboard international colleagues to system• Collaborating with colleagues through a mentoring cohort to increase skills and knowledge level along with building my network• Currently serving as Region Communications Director for the Northeast region of the Pride Employee Resource Network
