About Michelle Botus
Bringing 20 years of experience in state government and nonprofit sector, I am a passionate leader and change agent who strives to make a positive impact on individuals and communities through education, empowerment, and equity. As Executive Director of Project HOPE Boston, I lead a multi service agency, providing emergency shelter, ESOL classes, a network of Family Childcare Services, and Workforce Development Services. Our mission is to partner with families in their journey out of poverty. Former DTA Director of Training and Staff Development at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where I led the implementation of a comprehensive training curriculum that supports the agency\'s mission, strategic goals, program initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives.
