About Michelle Benjamin
I began my career as a Physics and Chemistry teacher at a high school about 1 hour outside of New Orleans. I then transitioned into the oil and gas industry and worked for a 9 person data analytics company whose only client was Shell. As a contractor to Shell, I used primarily Python and SQL to build automated surveillance to ensure the oil rigs were running safely. I also managed the quality assurance of the data which was eventful after the recent data migration from Analysis Designer to Uniformance Asset Sentinel. I have now transitioned into the financial services industry and I am part of the CKSI (Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights) chapter at Fidelity Investments. I provide analytics and insights on over 13M core growth customers in order to better serve their needs. I continue to be passionate about teaching whether that be training and developing team members, tutoring students or coaching high school sports.
