I have worked for Claires Accessories for 25 Years in August, 4 Years as Store Manager in our flagship store in Meadowhall. 14 Years as DSM in main chain with up to 25 stores.For the past 7 Years from 2018 to present Ive been working within our Consumer product business in the UK as DSM with a store count of around 150 and 50 plus Visual Merchandisers, recruiting a team of talented people improving Compliance, Commerciality and Consistency across UK Through experience, determination and an amazing team of people we opened new stores,driving increased Sales, EBITDA and strong partner relationships to take our buisness forward.I supported the trained of new and existing DSM\'s from across the UK and EU.My Journey in Concessions has helped me grow personally.being chosen for such an important role within the business was and still is an honour.I strongly believe a positive attitude and hard work will lead to positive results and endless opportunities!
