I\'m in charge of all salaried recruitment for 5 divisions: Magtech, Gas Cylinders, Graphic Arts, Superform, and Mel Technologies- In charge of creating our recruitment process from scratch for North America- Recruiting all salaried positions (Entry level to VP level)- Sourcing candidates through our application tracking system, networking, direct sourcing, and passive candidate development- Evaluate candidates during resume review, screening, and interview process- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development - Work closely and build strong working relationships with leaders across the organization - Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process - Provide weekly status reports about open requisitions and recruiting activities to leadership- Recommend and implement recruiting strategies- Build a candidate pipeline for key positions and maintain regular contact with potential future candidates- Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sourcing strategies
