   Oversee enterprise software implementation of Deacom, a manufacturing ERP, from kickoff through post-Go-Live. Manage a team comprised of (at minimum) a Solutions Architect, Product Specialist, and Data Consultant from ECI working together to implement the software to the client. Run weekly client calls to discuss project status, risks, and deliverables.] Monitor the billable time and efforts by the time to ensure its keeping with the SOW and that we are on track to hit the goals within the planned pre-purchased hours. Design Project Plans, High Level Plans, and Syllabus for all customer and RAID logs as needed. Coordinate onsite Discovery, Conference Room Pilot, and Go-Live weeks. Forecast billable hours per rate type 3x/month, 3 months into the future. Manage projects for Live customer looking to upgrade or roll out process improvements.
