Partnered with a large construction firm to complete the build for a large telecom provider. Overseeing all aspects of design through as built creation for the end client. Production Management for Make Ready Engineering for multiple different markets running concurrently. This includes begin to end production management from receiving aerial design to approval by the power company for attachment of communication line while keeping our client informed. Responsible for reporting to clients project status by email along with weekly conference calls to ensure they are able to meet their construction schedule. Responsible for scheduling work to ensure we met each market\'s different ramp on time, assigned personnel to different project functions and markets to eliminate bottle necks, ensuring internal tracking is updated, coordinating weekly internal meetings, and invoicing. Production Management for 2 large Fiber to Home permitting projects, this includes DOT permitting, city permitting, and railroad permitting. Responsibilities including assigning personnel within the GIS workflow and scheduling production. Managed project tracking for internal production and partner companies to ensure we meet promised ramp. Also responsible for dividing large amount of underground design into smaller individual packages to be worked within a GIS workflow. Supervisor of GIS Analysts, Engineering Technicians, and Staff Engineers depending on the project needs. Tasked with interviewing, job assignments within projects, and mentoring of staff.
