I have 18+ years experience of training, sales, leadership, customer service, and consulting. I have found my new home at Steel Warehouse as a Business Systems Analyst. Prior to this latest chapter, I was a Senior Delivery Consultant with Eleqtus (Formally Lasernet Distribution), I worked with customers and Microsoft partners to find solutions for complex input and output needs utilizing Lasernet capabilities. With Lasernet, I was involved in over 50 implementation projects as a Lasernet Delivery Consultant and, at times, fulfilled project management roles.The opportunity to work in a niche space like Lasernet for D365 gave me experience in many modules beyond the Finance modules I was familiar with. I became familiar with warehousing, production control, and inventory management functions to name a few.Prior to my Lasernet role, CuroGens provided me with an opportunity to start my consulting career. I worked as a Microsoft Dynamics Functional consultant with a focus on Finance. As a consultant, I worked on both implementation projects and support tickets for AX2012 and D365 F&O.Before consulting on D365 F&O, I spent 9 years with Comcast in several roles. My final role was on the Quality team where I assisted and facilitated the rollout of divisional programs as well as coached leadership and agents to improve the customer experience. During my time with Comcast, I spent several years on the Executive Customer Care team, addressing complaints from the media, FCC and the CEO’s office.I have a track record of exceeding customer expectations by delivering Service excellence in:• Incident Management• Application Support• Software Upgrades• Technology partner training and coaching• End user training, education, and coaching
