ABOUT MICHELLE AVILA
I am a second-year grad student at Iona University in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program. I am seeking a Human Resources internship that is either entirely onsite or hybrid. I want to gain professional work experience in HR and work with and learn from HR professionals. My main interests in HR are employee engagement, training and development, and performance management. I would love to seek an internship that entails data gathering, data entry, data analytics, assisting with employee onboarding, assisting with new hire orientation, assisting with various interdepartmental projects, and creating and maintaining training materials and guides.
