Obtained C-suite approval for a 10-year accelerated growth plan (for the Clean Energy Business Group) including double-digit revenue growth and profit expansion. Delivered double-digit revenue growth through new product introduction and implementation of strategic value-based selling approach. Effectively led a global functional excellence organization resulting in a significant increase in competency of scientists and engineers and the standardization and acceleration of product development and innovation, substantially reducing cost and time to market of new products. Developed intellectual property portfolio for multiple businesses, securing revenue projections in the hundreds of millions. Selected to manage early-stage pharmaceutical/medical device compliant quality system due to thorough experience with various established medical device quality systems; drove continuous improvement and optimization. Seamlessly transitioned infrastructure and 30+ associates from W.L. Gore and Associates’ Arizona facility to its Elkton facility, supporting a new venture ($30M annual investment) in the medical electronics space and maximizing technical know-how and information exchange.
