I grew the Human Resource position from non-existent to all encompassing, including strategic planning, forming policies, union negotiations, supervision of the safety department, fiduciary for our retirement plan, processing payroll, developing a wellness program, recruiting, benefits, conflict resolution, event coordination, workers comp, and all other things HR! Stellana US is a world class manufacturer of polyurethane wheels, tires, and custom parts. Known for our commitment to product quality and manufacturing processes, we provide solutions for Forklifts & other Material Handling Equipment including AGVs & Automated Equipment, Logistics & Transportation Services, and Storage & Organization Systems.
