ABOUT MICHELLE ANAND
I am a licensed social worker (LMSW) and a graduate of Hunter\'s Silberman School of Social Work. I am currently serving as a school social worker for NYC Public Schools, and previously served as a mental health counselor at the LGBT Community Center. I am an anti-oppressive social worker and psychotherapist rooted in social justice principles.My undergraduate experience is in neuroscience and gender studies. After graduating from MIT, I began my career in public service, focused on improving health equity and opportunities for underserved New Yorkers.
