About Michelle Prudente
A little bit about me:I\'m in my second career - I made the difficult decision to switch careers during the 2020 pandemic due to disabilities and lack of work within the entertainment industry. After an eight year professional career, including obtaining union membership, I pivoted and started completely over in an entry-level customer service role at Redfin. Through my internal network and some previous exposure to HR, I transferred internally into Recruiting and have been building my corporate career ever since! I have twelve years of administrative experience, including the eight years of entertainment management and four years of Recruiting and Human Resources. I have developed strong skills in process improvement, communication, and leadership. I thrive in environments that value building diverse, equitable and inclusive communities with exceptional employee experiences for all!
