Terner Labs scales critical housing innovations at the intersection of equity, affordability, and sustainability. We were founded to compliment the work of the Terner Center for Housing Innovation at UC Berkeley. As Chief Strategy Officer, I lead new program development and growth for Terner Labs. I served as the founding director of the Housing Venture Lab from 20••••22, starting it as a program of the Terner Center and then migrating the initiative to anchor the formation of Terner Labs. Today at Terner Labs we operate three initiatives, the Housing Venture Lab, the Data Solutions Lab and the Builders Lab.
