ABOUT MICHELINE RAGHOO

I am passionate about both helping people grow their careers and helping businesses thrive. My interests in psychology, sociology, and commerce - through school, work, and life experiences - led me to following a career path in Human Resources Management. This career combines my love of helping people, based on how they think and behave, with my love of business, the numbers, statistics, and strategic planning. I am a dedicated Human Resources professional, motivated to reach challenging goals, open-minded to change, and always willing to learn and develop. I take great pride in how far I have come in my career journey, from completing my Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Human Resources Management, to achieving my CPHR designation, to my experiences in multiple HR roles such as manager, talent sourcing expert, and consultant. I enjoy collaborating with leadership teams to support employee motivation, succession planning, and foster an inclusive environment. Creating and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment is important to me and building that culture starts with recruiting the right fit. Training and development, one of my passions within the HR field, focuses on supporting managers with the necessary knowledge and equipment to excel as leaders within their positions and correlates to maintaining and growing a business.
