I am a courageous person, literally passionate about people, and constantly challenging myself and striving to improve both professionally and personally. 🧩 From my early academic years to my college experience, I have actively immersed myself in various Learning and Development projects. These endeavours have allowed me to work on initiatives centered around leadership development, fostering teamwork, and honing project management skills. During this time, I also took on responsibilities for organizing events, coordinating training sessions, and even playing a crucial role in establishing a junior company at my college. I decided to focus my career in a way that I\'d have the opportunity to work with an international team and develop people. Working for PwC Europe and running one of its biggest L&D event, allowed me to learn the whole organizational process of training, but besides that, I could improve/develop my data management ability, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication. 🧠 In all my experience, I focused on absorbing all knowledge possible, aiming at developing excellent teamwork and adding value to the stakeholder experience, always with responsibility and passion. Fast-paced environments and collaboration on projects that are related to the learning and development of a person is what drives me forward.
