ABOUT MOLLY MARTIN
I am a Certified Health Coach Nurse and Training Specialist with a passion for raising people up, particularly women, non-binary people, and people from vulnerable backgrounds and communities. • I have over twenty years combined experience as a nurse and an educator. • My coaching philosophy is that patients can implement lifestyle changes to improve their physical health when their emotional, psychological and relational needs are addressed simultaneously • I incorporate teambuilding skills and collaboration techniques to ensure that my clients develop and accomplish their interpersonal goals in all areas of their lives. I am a lifelong learner and motivated by self-reflection.
