Responsible for technical implementation of investment campaigns on the Enilive national retail network fuel stations and 600+ café).· Coordination of feasibility studies concerning relevant and innovative projects; drafting operative guidelines for activities execution; support to standards and specifications issuing for procurement purposes.· Management of simultaneous large scale programs; identification of multidisciplinary project teams according to a matrix scheme, with relative attribution of accountability; direct supervision of: engineering professionals, site managers, mechanical and electrical contractors, maintenance companies, suppliers of brand/communication elements, technological and automation firms.· Creation of the project baseline and time/cost budget; monitoring and control of construction sites progress with periodic presentation of results to top management.· Interface with all project stakeholders (internal and external); management of ongoing scope reviews, with analysis of risks/opportunities to internal customer/sponsor.· Handling of project budget, pursuing company targets in compliance with cost and quality requirements, always looking for extreme compression of time to market.
