We take care of the structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing for business projects and project financing initiatives. We also provide support for the financial aspects related to the analysis, structuring, negotiation and implementation of M&A initiatives.Furthermore, we oversee, for project finance activities, relationships with partners, banks, lending institutions, competent institutions and export credit agencies, coordinating financial advisors and links with the functions involved in the financing of projects.
