For over a decade, my passion for Matlen Silver and this industry continues to grow, and through hard work and dedication, I have been rewarded consistently with new opportunities to lead and make an impact each day. Having rose through the ranks from recruitment to sales leadership to chief operating officer, and now as the first female CEO of Matlen Silver, I have the good fortune to build lasting relationships and forge a network that drives our workforces forward.
