About Michele Lew

I’m an organizational and school systems leader turned consultant who lives at the intersection of instructional excellence, leadership development, and systems-level change. I bring 20+ years in K–12 education—as a special education teacher, principal, instructional coach, and educational consultant—helping schools, districts, and mission-driven organizations translate equity-centered visions into concrete plans that work in real classrooms and organizations.My recent work focuses on coaching leaders and school-based teams to implement high-quality, curriculum-aligned instruction, designing and facilitating professional learning, and strengthening the enabling conditions for continuous improvement. I’ve led PLCs, built curriculum-based professional learning systems, and partnered with cabinet-level and school leaders to align materials, PD, data use, and scheduling so that practice can shift at scale.Alongside this, I consult with education startups like Tinker the Robot to grow hands-on STEM programs, using data, partnerships, and clear growth strategies to expand impact for students and families. Across all of my roles, the throughline is developing people—helping leaders, teachers, and teams build the skills, mindsets, and structures they need to sustain meaningful change.I’m especially interested in partner and consulting-level roles focused on district partnerships, instructional improvement, and scaling high-quality curriculum and professional learning initiatives.
