At Schill Insurance, I am proud to lead and be part of the dedicated Strata Shield team. We work closely with property managers and strata councils to simplify coverages, manage risk, and help protect the communities they serve. Our team combines deep strata expertise with responsive, professional service. I bring a diverse background in the insurance industry, with experience across personal lines, commercial auto, realty, and underwriting. Over the years I have built a strong focus on leadership and mentorship, supporting both colleagues and clients as they navigate the often complex world of insurance. I focus on what truly matters: people, service, relationships, and results. I am driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, both professionally and in my community. Giving back is a passion of mine. I currently volunteer at Dress for Success, helping women re-entering the workforce by styling professional outfits that boost confidence and support their journey towards new opportunities.
