Manage the full lifecycle of an employee: talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, job description creation, compensation benchmarking, candidate screening/ interviewing, onboarding/offboarding and tracking, and reporting ensuring legal compliance with HR-related state and federal regulations and employment laws.• Processing new hire paperwork, employment changes, and time and attendance updates in Gusto.• Acting as a resource and main point of contact for team members’ questions on the following HR-related topics: pay, benefits, policies, and procedures.• Manage and administer the performance review process. Ensure all employees complete all reviews in a timely manner.• Process bi-weekly payroll, bonus payroll, and any off-cycle payroll as needed. • Act as a point of contact for employees and brokers for company benefits.• Managing employee personnel files, internal employee portal, and job posting sites• Administering Leave, ADA, and FMLA requests. • Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies• Managing HR audits, workplace health, and safety compliance.• Ensure HR programs and services follow established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations.• Working with outside counsel as needed.• Manage the company\'s LinkedIn profile.• Oversee HQ Office space and ensure proper upkeep. • This role is required to be on-site at our HQ office during normal working hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to set an example for expected in-office culture for our on-site staff as well as be on hand and available to manage the office space accordingly. • Other duties as required
