   Lead districtwide development and implementation of College, Career & Life Readiness (CCLR) programming aligned to state standards and workforce needs. Support the implementation of school-based Student Success Centers and provide ongoing guidance, training, and accountability structures. Analyze student participation and outcome data to monitor progress and inform continuous improvement of CCLR programs. Manage the district’s online student planning platform, including data systems, training, and usage analytics to support student progress and planning. Collaborate with school counselors, career advisors, and administrators to strengthen postsecondary transitions, goal setting, and student support systems. Build and sustain partnerships with businesses, higher education institutions, and community organizations to expand student opportunities. Design and evaluate CCLR scope and sequence frameworks, professional development, and districtwide events to drive equitable access to future-ready pathways.
