Innovative Leader | Strategic Thinker | Advocate for Safe and Sustainable Water Servicing As the Executive Director of the Ontario Water Works Association (OWWA), I am dedicated to connecting people, ideas, and resources to address today’s most pressing water challenges. With a foundation in chemical engineering and extensive experience in the municipal water and wastewater sector, I tap into my technical expertise to foster collaboration, empower teams, and develop impactful programs that serve members, stakeholders, and the broader public. In my role at OWWA, I oversee initiatives that advance safe and sustainable water systems, advocate for sound water policies, and provide professional development opportunities for industry members. Whether driving organizational transformation, hosting the \"What You Need to H2Know\" podcast, or championing emerging leaders, I bring creativity, purpose, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes to all my endeavors. I am also the Chair of the Ontario Drinking Water Advisory Council (ODWAC) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA). Outside of work, I am an active volunteer, coaching with a girls\' hockey association, and pursuing personal growth as an amateur triathlete and beginner guitarist. These passions energize my problem-solving approach and inspire a balanced perspective in both my professional and personal life.
