My Why?~ As an avid runner a favorite Nike quote or question posed is why I run. My response is, “If you have to ask, you\'ll never understand”. It\'s something only a select few know. There are those who put themselves through pain, but deep down know how good it feels”. For me, running translates to life. It’s about being proactive and getting it done. Every position I’ve worked @ UPS Small Package and UPS Capital, I\'ve given 110%, learned from my mistakes, and excelled ~ in Sales and Operations. Balance, performance, and knowing a business from the core is how to learn and grow. There are only a few of us left, and you know who you are. Know where you came from, and know what you bring. Your title neither defines you; nor does it make you a leader. Be relentless and work with integrity.
