Serve as a member of the Cobb Chamber\'s Leadership Team to support the overall mission and strategy of our organization. Lead a team of 5 event planners and hundreds of volunteers to create engaging programing, share compelling stories, grow future leaders, and create one-of-a-kind experiences for our Cobb Chamber members and community partners. Lead our Cobb Chamber\'s annual culture and engagement strategy and facilitate our Great Place to Work team efforts. Serve as a staff lead for the Cobb Chamber Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council’s Programs & Leadership Development Committee. Personally plan and execute the Annual Dinner gala, our largest signature event, as well as our annual economic development best practice trip, the Strategic Visit.
