In January 2024 I retired from Ameren and have become a Nuclear Safety Culture consultant through Fenwick Projects.January, 2022, I took the role as Nuclear Safety Culture Manager at Callaway, and I became the new Management Council Rep. for STARS Alliance. In 2014, I took the position as the Employee Concerns Program Manager at Callaway. This position works closely with senior leadership relative to all aspects of nuclear safety and SCWE.I began working at Callaway Nuclear Station in 2008 and initially spent six years in Training, first as the Instructional Technologist, then as Senior Training Supervisor of Instructional System Development.My past life includes a myriad of job experiences, including banking, computer programming within the insurance industry and State of Missouri, high school math teacher, adult staff development and management.
