ABOUT MICHELE VOLPE
Michele’s experience with TLC and complex IT systems dates back to pioneering Home Banking and e-money projects in early 1980s. He then moved to software, being entrusted of rolling out IT systems (OSS and BSS) and Network Operator startup in several countries. In Italy, he oversaw massive TLC Datawarehouse & data valorization projects for Call Behavioural Analysis, fraud prevention and Clearing House, and held various managerial roles; most recently, he was responsible for Data Bank Management and Big Data projects in QoE/QoS measurement. Multiple Experience as Tlc startup and Executive manager in Europe, USA and Cuba. Now leeds Desk Sharing and Smart working work model implementation project
