As Director of Real Estate, I lead high-performing teams responsible for strategic negotiations and operational excellence across a portfolio of digital infrastructure assets. My current role bridges complex deal-making with full lifecycle asset oversight, ensuring lease compliance, sustainable land acquisition, and stakeholder engagement at scale. Prior to the transition to a centralized Property Management organization, my Portfolio Management team oversaw approximately digital infrastructure assets. I partnered with cross-functional leadership to consolidate previously decentralized functions, including land acquisition, real estate management, and landlord relations, into one unified Organization. This transformation involved integrating my existing team and onboarding a new group from a separate business unit, enabling more streamlined operations and a consistent, asset agnostic experience for property owners. With expertise in contract structuring, capital-intensive project oversight, and strategic decision-making, I partner closely with Finance to develop financial models. I provide key business inputs, define deal parameters, and guide scenario planning, ultimately using the outputs to assess risk, evaluate long-term value, and determine the best course of action. As a servant leader, I prioritize understanding what motivates each team member and tailor my approach to support individual growth. I believe strong relationships and positive morale are essential to productivity. I also excel in cross-functional collaboration, consistently driving alignment through clear communication, meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and proactive engagement across teams to ensure execution and accountability. My background in telecommunications and law, combined with a sharp understanding of digital infrastructure economics, positions me to lead in adjacent sectors where scale, uptime, and asset performance are critical.
